• Indicator 1
  Timely Service Delivery Percent of infants and toddlers with Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) who receive the early intervention services on their IFSPs in a timely manner.
• Indicator 2
  Settings Percent of infants and toddlers with IFSPs who primarily receive early intervention services in the home or programs for typically developing children.
• Indicator 3 - Outcome 1 (O1)
  Child Outcomes Positive social-emotional skills including social relationships.

  • Summary Statement 1 (SS1): Percentage of children who changed their growth (pattern) while in the Birth to 3 program.
  • Summary Statement 2 (SS2): Percentage of children who were functioning like their same aged peers when they left the Birth to 3 program.
